Individual quotations at Allevet.pl

At Allevet.pl we present a wide range of medical and veterinary equipment. Prices are not fixed – we prepare every offer individually, taking into account current availability, equipment configuration, exchange rates and delivery costs.

How does it work?

  1. Select products from the Allevet.pl catalogue.
  2. Add them to a quotation request for one or several products.
  3. Receive a tailored offer including:
    • net and gross prices for each device,
    • the current estimated delivery lead time,
    • door-to-door transport cost within Poland or internationally.
  4. Acceptance and payment – once the offer is accepted and the order confirmed, we issue a deposit invoice or, for advance payment, a pro forma/final invoice. Fulfilment begins after payment is received.

Commercial and delivery terms

  1. Payment: a 30% gross-value deposit is payable within 3 days of the document issue date. The balance is payable up to 30 days after delivery.
  2. Delivery time: approximately 8 weeks by rail or 12 weeks by sea. Timeframes depend on logistics conditions, container availability and current freight rates.
  3. Transport: shipments are made in the supplier’s containers and are fully insured during transport.
  4. Customs clearance: customs formalities and charges are handled by the supplier.
  5. Domestic delivery: the stated price does not include delivery within Poland from the customs warehouse to the recipient’s premises. This cost is included in the quotation.
  6. Warranty: standard manufacturer warranty of 24 months.
  7. Service and parts: the seller provides access to spare parts after the warranty period.

Good to know

  • Quotations have a stated validity period because exchange rates and transport rates can change.
  • Equipment specifications may include optional items; the configuration is confirmed before the order is accepted.
  • On request, we can arrange commissioning and staff training.
